Alexis Sauter

Bio

Let’s begin by telling you about a miracle.

On Sunday November 10, 1991 Alexis’s mother decided to go to church where Tim Storey was ministering.   He began calling on people in need of healing.  Alexis’s mother unhooked her from the breathing monitor and went forward.  Tim specifically called up the mother with the baby, that baby was Alexis.  He laid his hands on her mother’s forehead and said, “Lord heal this baby for me”.  Praise God!  That was all it took! God reached down at that moment and fixed, opened up, and completely restored Alexis’s heart and pulmonary artery.  36 hours after that prayer took place Alexis was back at the doctor’s office and after several tests the Doctor said he could not explain what had happened, she is breathing at 100%. The only thing the doctor could detect listening to her heart was an innocent murmur, which they call a musical murmur.  A musical murmur from God whose creative power brings you now Alexis Sauter singer, songwriter, and a precious gift.  Alexis is healed!

Since this miracle starting at the age of two, Alexis has been singing.

Alexis joined the Green Bay Girl Choir in third grade where she received her classical training.  During this time Alexis performed with legendary superstar Ray Charles and was a part of his Christmas DVD entitled Ray Charles Celebrates A Gospel Christmas.  Alexis has also traveled all over the world with the Choir performing in:  Honolulu, Hawaii; San Francisco, California; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Chicago, Illinois; New York’s Carnegie Hall; as well as the Royal Sydney Opera House is Sydney, Australia.

In 2004, Alexis began writing her own music.  She considers her works inspirations from God.  Alexis says, “the songs just come to me and won’t leave my head until I write them down.”  In 2007 Alexis had the honor of working with Multi Grammy Award Winning Producer and Entertainment Executive Raina Bundy on recording two of Alexis’s songs, ‘There Is A Way’ and ‘Place of Grace’, as well as the song ‘Pieces’.

Alexis has been busy in 2008.  She won the photography contest at her High School.  This summer she was a finalist in the vocal competition at Lifest’s national new talent search.  Lifest is the largest Christian Festival in America. She played Nehebka in the musical Aida.  She recently opened for Chad James and speaker Immaculee Ilibagiza, survivor of the Rwandan genocide of 1994.  Alexis was special guest on Dino Kartsonakis Show, which was taped in New York and will air nationally and internationally throughout the upcoming season currently on Trinity Broadcasting  Television Network.

Alexis is excited about her new heart and the gifts God has given her and she plans to share them with the world.  She has been given something special and she wants to give something special back.
